top pic very much a rebadged Ferrari to my eyes. Not a bad thing, but choosing the *** son instead of the thoroughbred takes a special kind of punt....er
It’s basically an Alfa 4C but larger and at £200k spec’d.
Personally I preferred the original Alfieri concept as it was along the common bloodline we have all travelled, where this is something completely different.

I too will be reserving judgement until I see it then will decide if I am getting one or not but by initial reaction is not OMG.

I believe the OP on Instagram has a number of historic renders posted up on his feed

If I wanted a balls out mid engined chariot then I would want a Ferrari or McLaren, certainly at that price point. The original Alfieri was what I wanted - front engined V8 or V6, £80-100k - but that is long gone.
Agree Bob. It looks like an ugly love child of a 430 mating with a 488. With a potential price tag higher than a 660bhp 2017 488, which has depreciated.

If it’s £200k then they’ve blown it again- unless it is utterly devastatingly incredible and receives plaudits on a monumental scale. As others have said,it doesn’t even look as good as the original concept!

Even then, think Guilia QF, and how incredibly good that was/is........think I’ve seen 3 of any model Guilia since it was launched!!

Very few will be test pilots (dummies) at that price, for that new, given the established current competition-

Or a DBS Superlegerra Adam..l see Dick Lovett Bristol have a red one at 166k.....That's some drop from 230kish....

The outside of them I love. The inside just looks dated, unfortunately. I’d rather a Vanquish S and £30k change. Hopefully an updated interior will be along soon.

Kind of looks ok but too much Ferrari like and to me is definitely not genuine.

The original Alfieri images were very much on the button but now Ferrari have stolen that sooooo

Why can’t they just concentrate on the GranTurismo replacement, refresh it, stick an ICE in in some format with an exhaust note we all love.
Get that out the way, keep us happy and then go into the new stuff. Too much frolicking around and cryptic messages.

I say 166k....See it's now dropped again to 159k.......
Well spotted Andy- That’s a crazy drop in such a short space of time. I never thought Astons were as mileage sensitive as Italian brands. That would be a good buy for someone.

And I bet you could get more off as well as you never pay sticker price do you...?.....Seen it a few times and it looks the business in the flesh.

It’s been a strange market around the election. Post Landslide the dealers seem a little bit more confident again... and less willing to take lower offers. I would be Tempted if it was a dark grey or black with a slightly more exciting interior. But I agree a lovely car indeed and remarkable pricing vs the DB11 AMRs and such like. It’s a LOT of car for that figure. Wish I had the time to go and have a proper look. I took out a hurucan spyder, 488, portofino and an F12 this week for test drives. It was hard to split the Ferrari’s in Many ways.

All other things being equal, Iain, which would (did?) you choose?
It’s almost impossible to decide as I was so impressed with them all in many ways. I wanted to love the Hurucan and the F12- but neither really excited me. I must say the 488 sounded much better than I thought- was ludicrously fast and in my opinion is the prettiest. I am deciding now between the 458 (again) which I logical in almost every way- and the 488 which I think is gorgeous looking and a real event to drive

I'm surprised about the F12. Maybe it just felt less of an event compared to having the engine nestled behind your left ear. So, for the 458 and 488, spyder in both cases?

Fell in love with this today. Considering that by the time the alleged "Alfieri" is released and if it's priced at £200k, it'll be competing with this, IMHO they're not going to sell many!

The super fast is lovely indeed. Can’t see a 200k super fast anytime soon though. I don’t think they are worth 100-150k more than an F12- the F12 is still a beautiful thing
