Yeah very nice, agree the spacers look miles better... what brand do you have? How long have you been running them and any issues?

Sure they were H&R definitely not FD.
I inked the fact they bolt up separately to the hubs.

I have had no issues at all, had the tracking and alignment done at the same time just to be sure - tyre wear is even.

Every GT needs spacers. Get it done as it will really make the stance look so much better. It was the one thing Maserati got wrong with the car. Those wheels are just to far in the wheel arches. A very easy thing to put right.

For me even the Stradale needs them. Not as bad as the standard GT but when I cleaned Blondies car it still stood out.

I know what you mean, but I just can’t bring myself to do it. Until I change my mind of course!

I recently bought H&R spacers for my GTS. Haven’t fitted them yet as I need the wheels refurbished. 22 mm front & 25 mm rears.
I also need to fit the carbon lip spoiler I just received together with a pair of carbon mirror covers and carbon door handle covers. Then I need to get the apple car play system fitted and get audiofile-incar.co.uk to fit their Granturismo developed audio upgrade.

I have a thread on here somewhere with more pictures. I bought Jon's! Very happy with the look, I polished them before fitting so they would look better with the stainless steel hats the CCB have.

I would definitely not use them if I tracked the car more. But sitting in service station carparks (90% of my real world usage scenario) they make the car look just great.20190914_140756.jpg

So I finally cracked... Never been 100% sure about spacers on mine. I feel it helps get the wheels out, but highlights the high ride hight problem.
Got a cheap used set of H&r 22mm all round from here (thanks @eight) so thought I'd see if I liked them.

Answer- I definitely prefer the look. I think it helps that mine has the MC handling pack so is a little lower than stock.
I've not driven it yet, so can't comment on handling yet, so will see if they're gonna stay on after that.
Before and after pic below. (ride hight not settled yet) 7455674557

I too like the look. Do have concerns about the effect in deviating from standard fitment. I know it is only 20 or 25mm and the geometry canoe adjusted. What about the leverage involved with one quarter of the 1800kg mass involved............what is the effect on suspension attachment points?
Maybe I am just being extra sensitive after pricing up eight new wishbones needed to get the 3200AC back on the road.

I always thought the same, and that's one reason why I've never put them on any previous cars, as well as worrying about them breaking. It must wear things more, but by a noticeable amount? Who knows. But on the GT it is the only thing spoiling the looks. So as long as it doesn't ruin the handling, or cover the side of the car in stone chips, I'll give it a go.

If I ever get round to taking it on track, not sure I'd have the balls to keep them on though.
