I don’t quite get it anymore. It’s been years since I’ve been, when it wasn’t a social event. I was watching the feed today and it just seemed like a manufacturer’s showroom, I could pop to Castle Bromwich and see most of that stuff! The once in a lifetime stuff seems to be missing to be replaced by sponsored runs. I could be wrong, like I said not been for years.

Im at Prescott Hillclimb this weekend, pop and say hi if you’re there, number 101.

Well I'm looking forward to Sunday....Especially seeing all those Astons in that picture. Last time I went was 11 years ago.

Got given a couple of free tickets for Saturday so I suppose it’s rude not to.

Especially as FOS causes traffic mayhem to our beautiful town.

Tend to agree that the revival is a far better experience, we normally go every year to FOS on a Thursday and Friday as get free entry with Bonhams catalogue and this year interested in the audi quattro that's up for auction, but having had a proper look at it yesterday it was a bit ropy,

So if traveling by car on Sunday what time is best to get there. Understand it will be a nightmare to get in with traffic.

Andy, approaching from the West, forget the A27 into Chi.

Come off the A27 at Havant and nav to;

Common Road
B2178
Hunters Race
Pook Lane
Turn off right at the end and join/jump the que

***you cannot approach the circuit via New Road as it will be closed.

Update - here for all 4 days - Hill climbe record beaten by an electric car - now 41.1 and Bonhams auction was a disaster - most lots not making reserves - which were noticeably lower than last year

We’re here for our third day! Swapped my mate for the other half today, so a bit more civilised, currently having a long lunch in the hotel......and giving the legs a well earned rest!!
1st time here & would say the shear variety of machines on display is mighty impressive, also it’s great to be able to dip in & out of the action during the day.
Great event IMHO
