Au revoir to my Granturismo

I’m getting my new GS tomorrow and am reminiscing on my 2+yrs ownership of the Granturismo.

Has been a fabulous car to own and highlights include 2 trips to Le Mans, the SM day trip (via Hindhead tunnel) to the Italian Breakfast Car meet at Alton (see below pics) and all the trips with the windows open, the Sport button pressed, and those pops, crackles and snarls...

That was an epic drive from Guildford Cathedral to the Alton meet

Lovely GTS always liked that colour combo with the strad alloys and yellow calipers

Looking forward to seeing your GS

The deed is done and the Granturismo has left... Two quick pics of the GS tucked up in the garage, and a shot of the interior (which to my eyes is gorgeous...)

This afternoon I will be cleaning the outside of the car. Apparently spending time shopping with the family in Guildford is more important than this....

Ooh that’s lovely. Very similar colours to my 3200.

Has it got the leather headlining? I love that feature.

Hope you enjoy it.

Well done, Jon, utterly gorgeous. I do love a GS, and blue suits it well. Are those seats standard?

And, yes @midlifecrisis , stop fannying about in Mexico for a moment and tell us all about your new motor. The world awaits your news.
