Car query for insurance

Hello everyone I have a question about my car. I have an 06 4200 couple and when I come to insure it some companies say that it’s a Spyder. It’s clearly not. How Dow you get this changed if at all? Many thanks

It's all down to the DVLA records and how poor Maserati were in providing the initial details of the car, its not the insurance Co.

If you confirm with the insurance Co they do listen as they know the DVLA records are suspect in many cases.

Odd as the logbook says coupe

I had the same even though the DVLA clearly has my car identified as a Maserati Coupe. I called the insurance company to resolve it.
