I'd like to buy a Strad. Anyone selling a decent one for a good price

The best sign is if the red "MC" sicker on the dash is still there and not lost or in the cup holder lol. Based on that alone I'd say it's been looked after.

Not sure if anyone has seen this yet but there is a white 2-seater with 40k on coming soon to collecting cars. Might be of interest to someone on here looking: https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2012-maserati-granturismo-mc-stradale-2

    Grancabrio MC perspectives anyone?

Thank you for posting that. I hadn't seen that video and ideal for people in my situation! Will certainly give him a follow, great niche he's carved out there with that info. He made it very clear how useless the boot is to emphasis Ewan's point. Can't believe how small it is! I may need to...

    Grancabrio MC perspectives anyone?

Thanks for the feedback Ewan. That's a very good point re: the pram, I forgot how much rear boot space is lost with convertibles. I'll see if I can do some digging for boot dimensions online. The upshifts I'm not too fussed about as I rarely mash the throttle to get it into "the zone" for the...

    Grancabrio MC perspectives anyone?

Thanks for the recommendation. I did have a look at the 6 series convertible and it had very similar seating to the current 8. Good sized car but the rear seats are that odd upright shape which isn't very car seat friendly. Would have been an ideal option as well as I'm a big fan of BMW tech i.e...

    Grancabrio MC perspectives anyone?

Hi, I currently have a 2 seater strad which I adore. Issue I have is that myself and my partner decided to lay an egg and I'm now confused what to do car wise. My initial thoughts have been to change my daily and sell my R107 merc I have (I'm a bit nervous about taking the baby in it). I've been...

I noticed this "stradale" on car and classic. Strong money for cars in the EU at the moment! https://www.carandclassic.com/auctions/2012-maserati-stradale-8bmbR4

    Oulton Park Saturday 1st July

I think I saw your Gransport parked at the top of the hill overlooking cascades? Lovely example. Shame about the racing with that 3 hour red flag :(

    Autotrader price indicators

They are useful (with a pinch of salt) for the more mundane stuff i.e when purchasing a run about but for rare and unique cars, it's pointless.

    Autoshield Maserati (Manchester)

Yep 100% recommend them. Have always taken my maser there, feel in safe hands. Big fan of the old engine blocks they have in the shop which are nice to admire.

    Workshop lift - recommendations?

Hi, I'm starting to look into 4-post lifts for parking purposes. This looks ideal and a pretty good price to free up some extra room in a garage. I'm wondering who you got to install it and roughly how much it was to install if you can remember?

Oulton Park - Bank Holiday GT & GB3 Races

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. I came in the daily as didn't want to risk ending up stuck on the fields and being pulled out by a tractor :D!. I swung by the paddock area in between rain but didn't see anyone as suspect everyone was trying to stay dry. I did see a nice quattroporte...

Oulton Park - Bank Holiday GT & GB3 Races

I'll be at Oulton on the Monday in the Maser if the weather holds (otherwise will be in the land yacht). Is there usually room to park up with the group for straglers or does it require being there at a specific time (I won't need a ticket as have a season pass for Oulton)? Also going to try...
