Mainly the car dictates the approach but i use third around the bus stop and it works much better for me. It was really quiet about 3 onwards and I'd run the vx220 low on fuel (and the flames have started melting the rear number plate!) so sneaked a few sessions in our stripped out cupra project :) Plan is to start doing time trials with it next year. Definitely up for a next time.

Just got home, great day. Once again we were the last ones left by the end so I had the track to myself :) Thanks again Andy for arranging, hopefully we can do another one soon.

Just a heads up to say that there are often mobile speed traps in the area around the circuit so save the speed for the track!

We'll be eating something unhealthy in the McDonald's Pencoed which is on the M4 J35 exit roundabout, probably around 8:15ish if anyone needs to convoy to find the circuit. It's easy to get to just not that well signposted.
