    Comfortable driver height in 3200/Coupe?

    6'3" and I found my 4200 comfy.

    My 3.0 V6 GTV Cup

That looks lovely! I had a regular V6 GTV and thought it was such a fun and characterful car.

    Jobs to do, Gransport

I don't doubt that... but the stress it would have caused me meant it was worth paying someone else to do it!

    Jobs to do, Gransport

I paid £1500 for the heater matrix in my 4200. Two day job. Mine was leaking already though.

    My 147 GTA

I had a 156 GTA, well two, the second was one of the few cars I regretted selling, especially as they all seemed to jump about £5k in value a few months later! I'd love another but can't justify the price they now command.

    GranSport (Fuji White) Running report

That's properly annoying. As you know, had to have mine done. Seems like a right pain of a job but at least you have the skills to do it. Cost me £1500, I wouldn't have had the patience to do it myself.

    "Cheap" Gransport

Saw this on eBay this evening: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/maserati-Gransport/283409320340?hash=item41fc830994:g:CNQAAOSwuDFcgl1U Cheap enough to allow for a fair few jobs? Not one for me, happy with my 4200, but I can never resist looking at Gransports!

Signs of a failing cat? (4200)

Was reading some advice on here and some people have mentioned failing cats as being an issue. Forgive the potentially dim question but what are the signs? I've had one fail before, on a 156 GTA, properly fail and pretty much block the exhaust, equalling no power, and I'd rather catch any issue...

First job on my 4200... heater matrix

They looked after one of my old 156 GTAs and did a great job so was nice to know my 4200 was in good hands!

First job on my 4200... heater matrix

I didn't do it myself due to a lack of time and more importantly patience! I'd rather it hadn't needed doing but I'm glad it's been done. Give away was wet passenger (Left hand side) footwell, with my other half's foot getting dripped on. I'm out of the UK away from the car for a couple of...

Clatter when coming off the accelerator...

Well I had two days of zero worries! I'm thinking it's hopefully something as simple as a heat shield so I'll have a nosy when I can but just in case it's a known problem: Loud metallic clatter, almost like dragging a heat shield on the floor (it isn't). Happens whether warm or cold, only when...

First V8, first RWD, first Maserati!

Don't worry I'm driving like a right grandad at the moment! Managed 24mpg on the way back when I picked it up..!

First V8, first RWD, first Maserati!

The mountain in the background of pic 1 is Snowdon, it's the road heading down to Nant Gwynant. I'm lucky enough to live in the area :)

First V8, first RWD, first Maserati!

Alfas mostly, last couple have been 156 gta's, which I still love, but the 4200... wow.
