My first car was a 1938 Morris 8. Bought a VW Beetle in 1961, and decided to 'work it over'. Bored out to 1300cc, cam, head mods, 2 SUs, etc. Raced it on weekends, drove it to work on weekdays. Timed at 102.27 mph at Bathurst track in 1963...
Last November, I traded my 2006 Gransport Victory (my 3rd Maserati) for a 2016 Vantage V8 GT (my 1st Aston Martin). Although there is still a lot to learn about the Aston, it is the best car I've ever owned. It seems as though it was designed for me.

Surprised, dad...."Yes son, we do. Why do you ask?"
Son...."Who are they. Have I met any of them?"
I'll be 84 in a couple of months. Over the years of driving race cars and 'special' cars, I learned how important it is to keep a close watch on the gauges on the dash.
Tip - watch your own 'gauges' the way you do on your car! Your body will send you messages - listen carefully to them...
