The NIT unit on my 2009 Granturismo (4.2) has packed up. Has anyone got a replacement available for purchase? Failing that, has anyone replaced theirs with an after market unit (brand new touch screen all singing all dancing etc) and found that it actually works ok? ie No flashing odometer!!

Please be aware that working on cars from home could amount to a change of use from residential to car repair workshop and would require planning permission

My Granturismo has been a peach to drive for 5 years but last week I got in it and the odometer started blinking when I turned on the ignition. Worse was to follow because the entire multimedia unit is unresponsive, just a blank screen. Has anyone got any ideas as to cause/cure please?
