Haven’t had a proper chance to drive it due to other commitments but one side comment is the standard audio isn’t as good as I would have expected, even Lada might be better.

Maintaining the tradition started with the 4200 Spyder then

Beautiful car, I wish you many happy miles in it.

Fabulous car and even better in that colour, congrats.
The standard audio in all Ferraris is absolute rubbish as well,

Some further impressions…..

The one area you really need to consider PPF, even if you aren’t a fan, is the circled area. There’s a decent amount of stones and general mess that goes through there. Hate to think what unprotected carbon fibre looks like after a few miles. Behind the rear wheels is not much better.

If you end up buying second hand I’d check the circled area as I can see people getting and an out can catch this with their foot if they are clumsy. When getting in the best way is to hold the door handle and then one foot in. Any other way seems to be random on how you land.

As others have said the car is really easy to drive in whatever the conditions, my wife went from worrying about driving it to doing a local twisty road at pace within 30min. Her view at the end was that it drives like a grown up Lotus Elise and said it’s easier to drive than the Gran Turismo, which surprised me.

I’m really not a fan of the rear view mirror, for one it’s too glossy so reflects light and two it makes cars look closer than they really are, plus my eyes struggle to refocus, unlike a traditional mirror. Given the height of the rear cover I can see why they had to use one, wish it could be better resolved, also why the car didn’t have 360 degree cameras from the get go is plain stupid, even cars have this feature nowadays. Positively the main screen is easy to use, very responsive and mostly intuitive. Carplay works like a breeze.

The standard seats are really comfortable, could easily do long distance in them.

As I noted earlier the basic radio is ****. Mind you it will be still cheaper to fix using after market than pay over the odds for the factory option.

I’m really pleased I chose the diamond cut alloy wheel option.

Rosso Vincente is an amazing colour, particularly in the sunlight.

The lifter function is a ‘must have’, can now traverse humps and driveways in a way that the Gran Turismo couldn’t. It only works below 40km.

I find the procedure to get the thing to go into ‘park’ beyond odd. I think it’s neutral, park brake on and then open door. The reason it matters is it triggers the seat to move back to make getting out easier. Unless you are in park it won’t do it.

Maserati really need to provide a magnetic battery tender connector on the outside of the car, like others do.

A key positive is the reaction to the car has been all positive, not being an Ferrari or Lambo has real benefits.

That colour really makes sense in your pictures. Not having seen a 20 in real life I had discarded that hue from my imaginary build, as it was too "Ferrari". But it looks wonderful.
The updates of ownership experience are very much appreciated, please continue and enjoy.

For me the only design floor is the front UK number plate as it hides the bottom of the trident. Other than that it is bloody perfect.

The closest other Maserati colour to Rosso Vincente is Rosso Magma on the Gran Turismo, thankfully not like Ferrari reds.

Agree, they provide a bracket which you then have to drill into the top of the front lip. Why on earth would you provide a bracket which ruin the top lip in such an obvious way is very odd. Front number plate placement was never in their mind went they completed the design.

Somewhere to put them when you open the door

You kid about this, but actually now I have a sunroof (on my QPV), I'm much happier about putting my coffee, chips, takeaway, beer, baby seat, etc on the roof glass than I was on the paintwork.
