I've had it done on both GC's. The 1st one was an early version by Ceramic Pro, and the 2nd was dealer done - Gtechniq. The Gtechniq lasted longer and then requires a top up every 12 months or so. The coating does make a difference, I found it easier to wash etc, but the dealer prep wasn't the best, so any paint imperfections almost got sealed in. When this last coat ceases to work as well as I wish I'm going to to have the local detailer do it using a graphene coating. The advantage of that is you can self heal swirl marks or light scratches with a hair dryer. In short I'd recommend having it done, but invest in a full paint detail first.
