After 4 years of daydreaming I finally bought a Maserati Granturismo earlier this year. I never thought it would be this colour combination but when I saw it in the flesh, I was blown away.

Loving first few months of ownership. A slight reality check when Maserati Egham quoted me £3,900 for the 2nd service due in January. Will be calling round the Indies to get some better quotes. I’m near Woking, any recommendations welcome.

Welcome to the forum, that is a really nice colour!

If you are in Woking, then SportsItalia are probably in a good place. An hour or so drive, and you can go across the South Downs.

Welcome to the forum, Bokers. Any amount of knowledgeable advice is available here and has eased my entry into Maserati ownership over the last 18 months. I expect the guys here will do the same for you :)
Your car looks gorgeous. Congratulations. What is it like inside? Please post pictures.
I live in Bookham, just down the road from you and have been very pleased with the work done on my car by Sports Italia on the three occasions it has been there. I go there the back way, down the A31 and A32 and enjoy the 1 1/2 hour drive.
If you would like to know more, meet me at the Bletchingly Arms (on the A25, East of Redhill and Reigate) Saturday 4th December for the morning car meet.

When I had the 4200 I found Aldous to be the most helpful chap even though I was 250 miles away so he was never likely to see me, the free advice just kept coming , doesn't seem to post on here any more which is a loss to the forum

If I was in the south it'd be where I'd go though it's about 80 miles from Woking

AV engineering are phasing out there Maserati work, as such they won’t take on any new Maserati customers.

Lovely car. What colour is it?

The MD will negotiate the price as I found out with JCT in Leeds. Their first number was similar but I got them down a fair bit. It probably depends on whether or not you want to keep the MD stamp in the book or not since it's a young car.

Pity , Aldous inspired a lot of confidence , now the cars are relatively low priced compared to Ferrari he probably feels he can't get the rate he wants.
