Just moving this conversation back over here (from Pic of the Day) for @Ebenezer @Contigo @Alan Surrey @Oneball @Motorsport3 to enjoy.

To answer Eb's question, Matt has a couple of little bits of trim to fit. I'm awaiting arrival of the steering wheel (hopefully the airbag won't have gone off in the truck). I also have a GT S grille on order, and a plan to have the callipers painted the correct colour (red), as seen here:

Plus I need to do something about the radio switch that Matt thought he might have fixed but hasn't. But maybe that's for my ICE guys in Cheltenham. Who could also install a dashcam, and maybe Matt's Android upgrade kit.

Also thinking about louder indicator clickers and Maserati-branded puddle lights.

Will book in with Matt when the GT S grille arrives from Italy.

Does anyone know: can leather in the colour of choice be retrofitted to a steering wheel with black leather?
Or perhaps the black leather can be recoloured.
Wouldn't it be nice it it matched the upholstery :)
I do fancy it.
Has anyone done it successfully?

Yes it can be recoloured. I presume you’ve posted your dinner reservation in error.

looks like a classy place, they’ve even got a drive thru. Bit of a trek though.

Well, stage 2 of the upgrade is complete! (Stage 1 was buying something.)

My 'new' QPV has spent the summer in Hampshire having about 25 things fixed or improved. Now with correct-coloured callipers, wood steering wheel, concave grille (or grill - I really don't care any more), wipers that don't go clunk, etc, etc. Great job by Matt, but it did take a while!

Looking pretty sharp:

Now on to the next things.... Paint correction and ceramic coating, dash cam, Android Auto, sexy puddle lights, louder indicators, different number plate....
