Im sure it wasn’t but the world seemed a nicer place back then. Especially if Alan Whicker was there, the green RRs at the Peninsula in HK have always stuck in my mind from one of his programmes.

They were in the Bond film ‘The Man With The Golden Gun’. Bizarrely, on the telly this afternoon and Brit Eklund told Bond about them.

This place is just down the road from me, I can remember all sorts of Italianate exotica being sold there.... alas it's no longer a garage but the building is still in use....

The Lamborghini Miura looks so much better with the eyelashes (IMO) whilst some other makes/models don't
