Yes. MGB had the B series engine. You can probably work out the rest.

No. The MGC straight 6 and the one in the Healey are two different engines. 7 main bearings and a much smaller engine (externaly) in the MG as opposed to 4 bearings in the Healy

And in typical BL fashion at the same time as you’ve got the MGC and Healey you’ve got a 2.0l and 2.5l six at triumph the 2.4-4.2 XK, the 2.5 and 4.5 Daimler V8, a 3l and 4l six at Austin and BL Australia has their own six too.

first Lexus LC I have seen. Liked it enough to cross (small) car park to have a nosey. Don't like it 50k though. Wonder how good it sounds with NA 5 litre

Bearing in mind what you can get for £50k they seem good value. Convertibles look even better.

engine based on the LFA with Yamaha fettling which must be a plus. The interior is FAB and sport + has carbon roof.
