BTW, my risk of catching Covid in any circumstance is now around 30% of 30% of what it was before the first jab. So I figure I can meet 10 times as many folk as I could before for the same risk given the same prevalence in the community I'm meeting. :)

7 deaths out of 18 million vaccinations, if you are worried about those odds you will never leave your house again.
Perhaps more chance of being killed on the way to the vaccination centre. I’m sure someone will work it out exactly and report back. But to me, the odds are looking good as far as not having a fatal outcome.

For under 30s you have a 1/1000 chance in being killed in a car crash within the next 3 months, every 3 months... so the roads will be quiet if no under 30s dislike those odds.

It's been 2 weeks since I had my AZ injection , I'm ok but there is something odd going on

Every evening I get what feels like a cold with a runny nose , wake up in the morning and nothing , completely gone.

I'm not one of the seven out of millions thankfully , when women go on the pill they're told they could get blood clots , that's one in hundreds not millions so I'm not overly worried

Almost the same for me. I had my AZ injection over a month ago and now in the morning I wake up with what feels like a cold with a runny nose and these symptoms disappear during the day. I thought it was hay fever at first but that usually gets worse for me during the day.

Dunno if I said but my 2nd youngest daughter has COVID, but asymptomatic, she only knew cos her bf lost his sense of taste and smell, so she got tested. Us Kearney's seem to be of hardy stock, proper mongels. No Crufts for us!
Except nowadays you would be called something catchy like a Labradoodle or cockapoo...the last one Dem is familiar with...so I'm told...

Australia's vaccination plans hit a major hurdle overnight. Here's what you need to know
Hopes that all Australians will have had their first COVID-19 vaccine by October look all but dashed following a shake-up of the nation's rollout plans. The scene late on Thursday was reminiscent of last year's late-night prime ministerial press conferences to announce the locking down of the nation as the coronavirus took hold. Flanked by the nation's chief medical leaders, Scott Morrison said the national vaccination plan would have to be reworked because of concerns about the AstraZeneca

So on one hand they say that cases are rare.....but on the other they pull the plug.

Clearly some are worried about something.

Yes, Politicians are indeed 'worried about something'. They are worried because their re-election is dependent on the votes of innumerate morons who think that government should take action to prevent a one-in-a-million risk, even if that forks up everything else for everybody else. One news story (or forum post) along the lines of 'someone had the vaccine and has now died of a blood clot' is more potent than a table of data showing 100 people (or 1,000, or 10,000) who died because of a pause or delay in the vaccination programme.

It's time someone sued a government for putting their life at risk by denying them a vaccination.

Well I doubt that the suing party will be healthy individuals below the age of 60.....whether they’re innumerate or Moronic or not.
Less than 700....which im Sure even they can count too.
