Nor really my rant but WTF

I was on the M62 , light traffic , variable limit on 60 then it dropped to 40 suspiciously where the hadex camera is

I slowed to 40 the guy beside me didn't, now he's probably got points

I found something similar from 2017

Highways agency leave signs on at 20mph on the M5 for 17 hours and prosecute 100 drivers for speeding

Gotta pay for furlough and Covid19

Scumbag traveller has been back to my mother in law trying to scam her , she's 95 , he's knocked on telling her she owes him £60 for doing the trees
This is at least the third time he's been over the last 2 years , all reported to the police , next door has got him on cctv so they've got a registration and pictures now
They've agreed to let me link an old ring doorbell into their WiFi so hopefully if he comes back it'll either deter him or catch him trying to scam her

From a great lunch to a You’ve got to be ******* kidding me!
Is this the lamest ticketing reason ever?
A $100 dollars for apparantly driving into a parking space....rather than reversing in!

What a **** take......oh, it was sign posted...... “P rear in” 20 yards down the road on a small sign, (which we noticed after the ticket) but FFS I thought that was Dems private space.

Wow, that is very draconian, telling you which way your car has to be facing when you park, obviously thought up by someone with a personality problem.

WTF, never heard of such a thing, any particular reason why you had to park in that way

None whatsoever other than a small sign apparantly said it was mandatory.
Never ever have I experienced/seen one like that.
By the way, when we got back to the car an English bloke approached us and said he’d challenged the tosser issuing the ticket......he’d wondered why we were getting it. He was a lawyer from the Uk and expected he’d got one too as he’d done the same further down the street
Ridiculous.
$100, so petty.

For A $100 fine, each bay should have had a sign in front.....not every 20 odd yards.
Clearly a money making ploy to catch out tourists like us.
