If I had to guess, I would say that Steve and Kay Hoskin's divorce has finally come through, and the assets are being liquidated. But that is just a wild speculation.

It's clear a chunk of fence is movable. It's there in the satellite and not on the estate agent specs

Must be photo shop! Absolutely no chance anyone would land in such a confined space with trees etc. Unless of course you're Elon Musk landing a Space X launch vehicle!

Yes, but surely more fence would need to be moved than in the photo. And then you would need some sort of tractor...?

At least one more segment. But just because it's not been moved doesn't mean it can't be, if you get my point.

Equally, it might be the equivalent of a very rich kid's wendy house, and has been permanently installed.

I think that's it. It's a rich kids toy. There's a camp site near Stirling where you can glamp in a helicopter.
