New set of 4 Pzero's all round and 22mm front and 25mm rear H & R spacers fitted, looks much better, wider stance and fills the wheel arches better.

The tyres were what they had in stock and as they are factory fit went with them. I will see how they go.

When they are in their, pretty narrow, temperature window they are pretty decent tyres. When they are out of it either too hot or too cold, which is most of the time in this country, they are total cr4p.

Looking good!

As other have said, avoid winter. And be wary in spring. And autumn, for that matter.

Had Pzero's previously and didn't have any major issue, got a bit slippery when worn in the wet. Not expecting to go out in the snow though.

Wise move.

I've heard it said that PS4S are good enough to put up with cold winter tarmac. Not quite winters, of course, but leaps and bounds ahead of Pislippi. Haven't tried mine yet due to ^}€{%{€}€**!!, but I shall.

So what do folk think ought to be the budget for a set of 4 new ones in these troubled times? Any deals to be had...? and whilst we're at it, if not pzeros what's our preferred all year set?

Lots of people recommend Michelin Pilot Sport 4s but tyre tests have said that the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 is as good a tyre. For midrange tyres Falken FK510 and Uniroyal Rainsport 5 also get good reviews.
