Planning ahead, have interrogated the children and now know what they want as main Christmas presents, the ones that need to come from the UK are already ordered

Already order Joseph his first proper bike. Have to pick that up today.

Halford's reckon that all bikes need to be ordered before the end of the month to even have a hope of getting them before 25th December.
If we have a 'circuit-breaker' lockdown, then you need to order before then.

It’s mad getting bikes bought and serviced at the moment. A lot of them are on back order to next spring. I recently changed one of mine and my local Trek dealer could get me nothing but I found one mail order in the end.

We have just ordered a drum kit for the youngest, they are only guaranteeing orders if placed by end of next week

Top tip. Tesco are discounting stuff if you have a club card.
I just bought 2 single Malts (Highland Park and Talisker) and got £12 and £14 respectively off each.

Bargain!

I have been adding a nice bottle to each of my regular orders and have been slipping them away for Christmas and so far have managed to leave them alone but time will tell

No, he got elected by promising to get Brexit done, deal or no deal. It’s the f*cking french that have largely bolloxed this up by insisting they be allowed to continue plundering our fishing grounds. Macron needs the North to get in next time so he isn’t going to walk away from them even if it means screwing up their economy even more.

According to the guy from the Financial Times UK fishing is worth less than 1% I'm sure he said 0.1% so in the scale of sorting a deal it's minimal.
