We're not talking fraud but external influence via misinformation and deception. You're average Weatherspoons drinker will believe anything but won't care as long as he can get a curry for £6 and a Doombar for £1.99

It's not meant to protect against the virus. It's meant to protect against droplets being breathed out. At least for the current mandate.
