Afternoon all
Long time lurker, first time poster. Directed here from Pistonheads, I've had a long time crush on the GT. With a fairly significant birthday coming up in about 12 months time I thought I would post up to introduce myself as I am sure I will be soaking up all the expertise and experience on the forum as I do my research before I (hopefully) get my hands on a GT. With a budget of £25ish k, I am hoping that I will be able to get my hands on a half decent 4.7, ideally with a dark exterior colour combined with a light interior. I am based up north in Leeds so interested in recommendations for Maserati specialists in my neck of the woods. I have previously owned Jaguars mainly, and a few years with an XFR that somehow managed to lunch its engine thanks to faulty timing chain tensioners almost broke my love of all things petrol powered, but a GT to make my 40th seems like a great idea! Just need to get through the next year or so which will see me roll around in a 'shed' once my lease XF goes back, whilst I save up my pennies to get me to the magical £25k mark.
