Because it is all our responsibilities and especially govts to envoke change in order to reduce C02 emissions. Of course the tax payer needs to pay our at least heavily subsidise investment for our charging infrastructure. Why not?Not sure why the tax payer should be forking out for charging points? Private companies are flooding the market with these Scalextric cars with very limited interest in how they will function once off the forecourt.
