No, but close. Good spot.

It is a Norton rotary special that I made from an air cooled preproduction prototype the factory used when developing the police patrol bikes. The fairing and seat are taken from the mounds that were used for Steve Hislops TT winning bike. The rest is pretty much bespoke.

I've cut down a bit, but still have:-

650ss Norton
750 Triumph Trident T150
750 Honda RC30
400 Honda RVF NC35
900 Triumph Trophy
955 Triumph Daytona
748r Ducati

The last couple of months have been spent recommissioning the Ducati that had been off the road for twelve years.

Off to the IOM tomorrow for the classic TT & MGP. Going in the 4200, it’s never been around the mountain course before, should be fun!
Back from IOM and had a great time, I suppose if you are going to get a speeding ticket it might as well be on the Sulby straight, I will probably frame it. As far as I know the top speed recorded along there was 206 mph, but I was much slower.

Seeing as they’re not part of the EU or U.K. do you have to pay it?

To be quite honest I don’t know the answer, but I have paid it anyway. Even though I know someone who lives along the straight who was also caught at the same location and told by the police that they should have known better, off you go and don’t do it again. So it’s a money maker, I was a tourist speeding and I paid my fine.

New Ducati Streetfighter announced a week or so back. Wife has threatened to leave me if I start to learn to ride...
I’ve lost about eight stone and the other ‘weight loss’ dream - snowboarding - is out because of damaged knee ligaments... so I might just do it on the quiet...

Haven’t dared to watch the MV Agusta Superveloce video at home - two reasons to upset the lady. Ahem

I’m thinking about an Aprillia Tuono. Can’t do sports bikes anymore after hip operation. New property only has half a garage. So, ideal for a bike.

Aston Martin and Brough Superior have joined forces to create a very unique motorcycle, it is called the AMB001. This bike is a track-only, limited-edition racer which costs £92k. There will only be 100 of these stunning machines made, and with a turbocharged 178bhp V-twin and a 180kg dry weight, it is certainly going to be quick.....

Well it’s not going to be like that is it, not enough clearance between bar grips and tank.
Reminds me a bit of the MV Augusta Brutale, trap thumbs time.....
