Think I am just going to have to get him a watch.
Keep the old man warm and looking cool - from the "retailer of awesomeness"

Size 2XL would seem to be the obvious choice!

Home again after a horrible drive in horrendous weather and numerous accidents.
Several hours travelling but unscathed.

Morning you lot!

I'm on a train into London. Yay!
Yesterday I dropped the car off to Christian Lewis at his new, rather lovely gaff in glorious countryside. Much nicer location than before:

Fully humidified aircon so there's nothing to worry about even with a bare metal chassis.

Glad to see thats panned out well for him, looks great, how.many cars are in there!?

He got a bit of a "he's gone bust" unfair advertisment on Aston forums.

I think people forget that it's someone's livelihood.

That's rather a shame. He totally hasn't. Wanted loose of his business partners and it's been a bit of a battle. All his mechanics have moved with him and what he's got now is worth more than what he had. That doesn't sound like going bust to me.

Morning!

I'm helping out with a mini conference for a couple of days. We almost didn't have a company stand after DHL realised they were going to miss their morning delivery deadline yesterday and so just gave up on it and returned to depot. Much chasing later and we received it by 6pm and were putting up a stand with customers around. Not good.

In other news I was quite chuffed last night to discover that I'm finally likely to get published as co author for some scientific papers. Once that starts it should continue more in the future and will add a nice string to my bow for future prospects.

HapPea Thursday!

What a busy forum!

Phil, that wasn't much of a bon voyage, but I'm glad you overcame the trials and made it him to Lady Phil.

Stevie, that is good news about CL. I hope it works out well for him. Rossyl's right, the word on the e-street is that he's gone pop, when more accurately the story is that Ed went to Voicey and Christian hit reset. Good luck at the trade show and well done on being a published author.

Newton, good luck, mate, happy un-bending.

It's all pretty uneventful in Crudville. I'm on a train.

Morning all, last work day of the week for me and then a long weekend where the Bentley arrives, he has been living with the inlaws for 3 months and won't understand that all the green outside the back door is all his to run around in.

Morning. Ramps 3 and 4 turning up today, see if we can get the two post built.
Good luck with that! But you have done it before with 1 and 2. An engine crane helps. I think we could make a better video than the manufacturers version on ours. But we have 4 lovely ramps all with certificates now

Agreed but I am the one suffering
There needs to be a shift in dog ownership requirements
I could list them but they would upset you and I don't want to do that

I kinda agree, there are so many dog owners where I live who obviously think dog ownership is for putting pictures on instagram and walks on sunny days when they can be bothered.
The rest of the time they leave them in the garden (in all weathers) when they go out for the day and wonder why they bark all fecking day.

Then there are others like my sister in law who go away every other weekend for 4-5 days, and leave her not insubstantial Basset (not Chris) with her mum and then say he's suffering for anxiety when she leaves him (funny that) so she has to take him everywhere when she is with him, which results in the dog being spoilt and the therefore becomes badly behaved!

Rant over.

Morning all. More of the same today!

Might actually get round to finishing my annual accounts to send off to the accountants. Oh the joy!
