Will anyone going to this be able to take a code reader able to read faulty parking sensors? Mine have decided to stop this week for the first time, it would be nice to identify which one/ones so I know how many to replace.

Tried that yesterday, ignition on, wife in car, in reverse with a protected screwdriver to the ear too. Couldn't hear anything front or rear. I assume the engine doesn't need to be running? Wouldn't hear a thing then lol.

Think you need the engine running. If it's not you're 'unlikely' to hit anything. And of course, you'll need to turn them on by either engaging reverse or pressing the button at the front (Dunno if you need do be in drive / 1st)

Obviously you'll need someone with a foot on the brake. You will hear them. In fact you can feel them with a finger.

Because there are so many of us tomorrow i have reserved a “snug area” for upto 30 people
Its reserved from 1:30 so when you arrive ask the bar for the reservation “Demetri Maserati” and they will show you the area and the tables

We were upstairs in a private room but thats a gamble as thats maximum 20 people so I thought id move it to downstairs, its also more sociable

I am guessing people will just order and eat as and when they arrive as feeding 30 odd in go could be a logistical nightmare.

Its reserved from 1:30-2 for all of us so should be alright if we all arrive on time and if not then individually ordering from that table is alright too

You can diagnose these without diagnostics. Simply sit in the car with the engine running, get someone to move in front of each sensor one at a time and watch the dashboard indicator.

Just turn up and say you're with some Turkish bloke...they'll know who.

Yes it would be, one thing I learnt on the last Le Mans trip is that service becomes glacial when 20 blokes turn up at one place unannouced.. maybe that's just the French though..

I suspect mine may be the main box then, as I just get parking unavailable and no sensors react in any way. Maybe I'll have a poke about at the meet tomorrow under some experienced guidance lol.

Sorry..... I have to arrive and ask discretly at the bar for a snuggle with a Turkish bloke! What sort of meet is this exactly?
