Absolutely, virtually identical to the car advertised down here, except far lower mileage.

So, change of heart again Dave?

She’s a stunner...as reflected in the price.

Looks nice that @DaveT. I’d hazard a guess that the history will be a tad patchy if it had a £6000 service this year. It’s 12 years old and just 10k miles.

Included a clutch and cam belt change, but as you say a normal service is £600-1000.
Blimey trousers, the mileage is low.....

But why would you need to change the clutch after 10k......does it deteriorate with age? Regardless it has a new clutch I guess.

Dont know, mine had one at around 10-11k too as it had been sat for a while....

Maybe a tang failure rather than worn out?

Why does it need a cambelt change? I thought they were chain driven.

Still seems like a big number for a service on a 10k mile car. If it lived in a dry warm garage and not used much it shouldn't need much it has had regular annual services from new.

Lovely car of course.

Shows how values have slipped a smidge though as suspect this car would have been at a much higher value a couple of years back. Unless it is not perfect without perfect history of course.

Thread drift, did u sort out your mortgage with the pointers?
I’ve got one possible, got another guy passed on by Athol to contact, I’ve been through half a dozen or so, seems my situation is rather complicated, funnily enough, more companies are prepared to offer on my pension and wife wage rather than combining it all with my Danish wages....crazy, and some do a minimum of 100k......

Probably done the 10,000 in Auto mode I reckon but there was more tang failure on GS than 4200 it appears.

Forgive my ignorance if I’m wrong, but are those instrument binnacles correct? Look like 4200 ones...
And has the clock surround been turned gold?

Binnacles aren't GS ones. Good spot.
If the original instruments have failed then that could go a long way to explain the £6k bill. I did an Ads on Test of MC on a GS last year - it had had the very last replacement instruments available from Maserati. I can’t imagine instruments from a donor 4200 being cheap.

Without a specialist checking it, the omens are good - long term ownership, garaged, recent expenditure...

Don't like when they mask out the number plate, can't do a quick Mot history/milage check.
Maybe something to hide..
