Morning. Office today so fairly boring day. Highlight...sandwich run to Sainsbury’s...oh the glamour of it all.

Was in the workshop yesterday and am really enjoying it but everyone says I am looking knackered. The inner desk jockey is not used to manual labour.

Morning all from a very Sunny Normandy.
Happy Birthday Chris.
Matt physical graft can be very tiring but keeps you fit.
Have a good one all.

Good morning all. Been up since 1am as still jetlagged and have a pig of an operating list and a late clinic to deal With. Are there any ‘frequent flyers’ who deal with jet lag then back to work straight away? any tips to stay awake apart From the obvious (coffee, frequent slaps in the face etc)..

Have one of those those makes-you-drowsy antihistamines before bed. Other than that, just crack on with it. And don't surrender to going to bed at 5pm.

Morning all. Today offers more slobbing around and doing sod all, which I think we've become excellent at.

Morning all and driving back to Laval today.
Wait for the XKR owner to source the engine and then I will go back and fit.

Anti histamines... good idea thanks Adam. Good old pharmaceutical manipulation!

Morning all, cannot believe you didn’t have the donor engine waiting to go in Phil, did you get the torque converter shifted?

South London today, convincing my painter mate to crack on and that it won’t rain today. My youngest is stressing as he gets his results in the next hour.

Have fun all...
