Christine Lagarde to replace Mario Draghi as head of the ECB.
Seriously, is it in that much trouble they couldn’t find anyone with “credibility” to do the job?

Another fine example of European Democracy- Ursula von der Layen ( a candidate who wasn’t even on the election slate) is now President of the European Commission.

The decision to pick von der Leyen failed to respect the outcome of May's European elections. "This is not what citizens were promised before the election,"

Another change of the rules.....in the interests of “the project”

The biggest fun over the past few days has been Brexit Party MEPs complaining that they have to travel to Europe for their job and how bad the train connection are in the UK compared to France. Closely followed by them duplicating the National Socialists Reichstag protest from the 1930s. All the time this behaviour is lapped up their followers.

I also noticed that Canada have said that they won't roll over the trade deal terms we currently have, this despite us being major importer of their goods. The reason is that they know that they know we'll be desperate for trade afterwards and they'll likely get a better deal.

I'm waiting for a Brexit support to come up with any benefits of leaving. Please see my earlier post about the taking back control Unicorn.

Or have already lost it.

Here’s 1.
We can diversify trade away from the collapsing Eurozone Ponzi scheme rather than being closely tied to it - others have mentioned lots of benefits throughout the 225 pages.

Still think the behaviour and it’s supporters are Nazi like?

This collapsing Eurozone is something that its put about by the Brexit supporters but as with the benefits of Brexit is appears to be faith and belief based rather than reality based.

So one viable reason, that has an actual, demonstrable, net benefit on the UK if you please?

Like I say. I have no ideological ties to being in or out of the EU. I can't see any benefit to leaving and can see an awful lot of negatives.

Likewise, I think it up to us to hold the EU to account. We should challenge the EU but in a calmer more reasonable way than the Farage Party's boisterous antics that only serves to agitate the federalists within the EU.
