I got back on the scales today, and although the rate of weight loss has dropped a lot, I am still losing weight, and have just dropped below 85k....

Below is a comparison of today with the 5th of Jan...

The shoulder injury means all I can really do right now is walk or cycle, but overall I’m 15lb down from where I started on New Years Day, which I am happy with given the circumstances.

Always knew the family being over in Dublin was not going to be good but not as bad as I expected, a small increase over 2 weeks

1st Jan 15 St 0 lbs
5th Jan 14 St 10 lbs
12th Jan 14 St 9 lbs
19th Jan 14 St 8 lbs
25th Jan 14 St 7 lbs
02nd Feb 14 St 6 lbs

I love the hi tech post, then the writing on the right, excellent! Seriously though, all good and in the correct direction.

LOL....well milestone and subsequent celebration required

Indeed. Avoiding the scales this morning as I’m sure the indulgence tipped me back over.

85kg the next milestone but it’s going to be tough as boxing builds muscle in the thighs and shoulders/upper. I recon I’d have to give it up and get back on the bike to achieve it. Let’s see.
