There are some 20" winter tyres for sale via a forum member which might be useful for you? I spend a of time in Berlin, not only because I have an office in Kreuzberg but also because by sister lives in Mitte (and has a home on the lakes in Eichwalde). Great city. A good friend has a fantastic collection of classic Maserati in Berlin too which are just awesome to see.
