Good read. Here's my Alfa list. Two 145s, two 147s, 2 3.0 GTVs, a 3.0 Spider, a 2.JTS Spider and a 3.2 Brera. I think that's it. I still have the two Spiders and the Brera :)

Good write up. Enjoyed the read.

I looked at a GTV as well and was amazed how small the boot was. Luckily my wife told me she was pregnant before I bought it and I got a 156 instead. That was a great car except for a bolt shearing in the engine (I think on the cam belt pulley) which meant I finished up driving a Fiat Bravo for a while.

I then had a GT which I loved and regret getting rid of now.

Hi Mick - A good read, thanks for sharing.

I've had 11 Alfas as daily runners over the years with very few problems with reliability.

Perhaps this is because I have always done the maintenance myself? ;)
