strong APC (all purpose cleaner) or some sort of mild paint cleaner - IPA (50/50) or neat fairy-liquid - just don't use it on paint work

than wash the panel and then reply your new product....

Well I needn't have panicked. The diluted degreaser took that AG sh!te off and a quick spray round with Demon Shine interior cleaner and conditioner and she looks a million bucks!

Demon Shine products are the dogs

Will have to pick up some Demon Shine interior cleaner. I've got the Autoglym stuff, and like you, was not impressed.
