Welcome to the forum Ferrari 308 Vetro. Great that such a rare piece of Maserati / Ghibli racing history went to someone who appreciates it. How do you plan to use the car?

Hello, thank you. Car will come back to Europe, get a full service and then I do trackdays.
I really like the race cars from the 90is, specialy the Ferraris and this is my first Maserati.

Great History, great car!

Did anyone notice that a 1961 5000GT Indianapolis went for $1,677,500? There was also a 1948 A6/1500 Coupe that hammered for $852,500.

Jus caught up with this...what a great looking car and price. A normal road Ghibli Cup must be 30k plus over here so that must make that the bargain of the year surely.

A few have changed hands on the continent. But the UK market has been pretty static, with (I think) 3 Ghibli Open Cup cars here.
