Hi Everyone,

After much deliberation, I have decided to sell my Granturismo after 2 years of ownership. I have only covered 5000 miles since purchasing it in September 2013 and can honestly say its the best car I have ever owned. Having said that, I have been after a Alfa 4c since seeing it at the Goodwood motor show, and am now (having got permission from the Mrs!) in a position to get one. The car is in immaculate condition inside and out and comes with a full folder of receipts, invoices and full service records - It last had a major service back in April at Graypauls plus some additional work.

Full advert is here from Pistonheads: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifi...ranturismo-v8--------------------2007/4815240

Happy to answer any questions.

Regards

Chunks (Fabian)

Is there a poor colour combo on a GT?

Not for mine.

Good luck with the sale (not that you'll need it).

great car and price etc. Will sell!

Imo a 4c would be one **** of a downgrade but each to their own.

not sure its a down grade just a very different car....Its a sports car against a grand tourer.....The 4c will feel thinking, handle better and be more fun on your favourite road for a blast.......It will do stuff that the GT cant but the GT will transport you in comfort for miles and give you a huge smile on your face every time you get in it and start it up....It's a Maserati after all....

Saw a 4C the other day. Looked amazing. Couldn't believe how small it looked though.

It is a totally different car. Wouldn't say it is a downgrade. It is just different. If you don't need 4 seats - then why not!

I assume you have been out in one? Don't expect many creature comforts. It will be loud and noisy inside.

I'm a fan (apart from the headlamps of course), I saw a couple at the Auto Italia Brooklands event and think they look excellent in the flesh and sounded good going up the test hill too

The headlights....yes.....truly yuk....but at least they changed them on the Spider version.

Hi Everyone, thanks for all your comments.

Regarding the 4C, I have must be in a minority as I prefer the 'spiders eyes' headlamp design rather than the ones on the spider version! Like that bit of quirkiness. Did consider an Exige Roadster, but just wasn't special (Italian) enough for me....

Really...I would take the Lotus over the Alfa any day...Better handling, better drive, and bloody quick as well...Have you driven one?....The V6 is a peach of a car.

Me too. The Exige is one epic car.
