I'm surprised the leather can not be cleaned, have you used a solvent based leather cleaner?
New tyres do leave a yellow residue, this was pointed out to me when I laid PVC floor tiles in my garage, they recommended to have a dark coloured tile colour where the cars tyres run in and out for this reason.

I would echo what others have said; I think you'll be surprised at what can be removed with some careful cleaning and use of the right products. A last resort could be to use something a little stronger than a leather cleaner, which would remove some of the leather dye too (and thus should definitely remove the stains) and then carefully re-dye the affected area. Probably best to have a specialist do this though.

After one and a half year I can finally say that my Ghibli is (almost) in perfect condition and looking spectacular. I'm still looking for left tail light and clutch release bearing and that should be it. I plan to take the car to the retro motor show organised in Poznan (Poland) between 3rd and 5th of November (http://www.retromotor.pl/en/). If any of you plan to visit Poland in these days it could be an interesting place to visit.
Thank you a lot for all sort of help in making my car look and work as it should (almost). Few photos to give you some picture of what things are looking like right now :)
