Car now sold

Hi All

After much deliberation, I have decided it is time to say goodbye my Maserati 4200 Cambiocorsa and change to a different sports car. Over the past 3 years she has been simply the best, most exciting, most heart racing car I have ever owned. Every time you drive it is really is an event.

I have cared for it without regard to cost and loved every second of ownership. I spent a lot of time finding a great example before buying, the car has always felt tight and sharp. It drives like it should do, like the day it rolled out if the factory.

Being a 2004 car, it has had the mechanical revisions but not the facelift bumpers. For many, this is the ideal mix, keeping the classic looks but with an improved car.

The car is also in a rare and beautiful colour, Blu Sebring. That combined with the beige interior is the classic Maserati colour combination.

It has just been serviced at well known specialist, Autoshield Maserati, and so is ready to go to a new home with nothing to do.

I remember selling my own S Blue 4200 just over four years ago and I still miss it.

Hope the sale goes well.

Just a thought that might be a useful feature on the forum. Could we have forum member cars for sale as a sticky in the forum cars section until they are sold and a sticky in the newbies section that links to the forum cars section. It may help newbies looking for cars link up with forum members that are selling and help keep the cars in the SM family.

Regardless of seliling the car, which we all think is an unwise decision (lol), please don't be a stranger to the forum.

Thanks everyone. To be honest, looking at the photos has made me wonder what i'm doing. The photos look straight out of a magazine. It's such a great car.

Cheers Newton for that. Martin, I will certainly stick around. I'm on here most days, if not posting then always reading. It's a great forum with a such a good bunch of people. Hoping to be at The Ace Cafe September meet, depending when the date is decided.

Cheers

Ross - find some garage space. She is a beauty and you have done all the hard bits. Enjoy, especially as she will appreciate in the coming years.
