I think it's been discussed on here before somewhere.

Just read that the owner takes the car to Terry Keys for any work needed!!!!!:shocked::shocked:

If it is mint with full history, could be a decent car..!! I think the price is slightly high for the year, but if it is as described it's worth a look..!! I have seen this advertised before a while back..!!

How much do you think this is over priced by.
Whats wrong with Terry Keys?
Think I am going to go and have a look this Saturday coming - spoke to the seller tonight and seems very genuine (on the phone),

No thoughts!!!!!

Thanks Jayblue,
quandary - the seller has only had the car since June so not sure how much work Terry Keys has done - seems to be a few "good" testimonials on website but you would not put bad ones on would you..
This Maserati searching / buying business is waring me down.........

I sold it to the previous keeper a couple of years back. Good car but by the sounds of it the chap prior to this keeper didn't cherish it.

Dicky, give it a few more years and you will have sold or know most 4200's, GS's in the country...Would imagine you know most GS's now. You are definitely a fountain of knowledge on here mate. Anyone looking for a GS or 4200 these days would be made not to talk to you first.

Hi Dicky,
The present owner said he picked it up from the previous owner in Hemel Hempstead, it had done very little mileage and barely moved from garage where all the brake lines had corroded etc and the owner had done little to maintain it. He does sound very genuine and his job does tend to point to the fact he could be a bit fastidious towards his cars. Who could I get to inspect it near Silverstone. Given some of the previous posts regarding the local Ferrari specialist I would prefer someone a little more independent.

Bill McGrath aren't too far away from there for an inspection. I really would not advise taking it to the local Ferrari specialist as they do not have the first idea about Maseratis! I'd be surprised if they could identify one end from the other!!
