I have had a reply to my pm and email to that effect so looks like I am shafted as no way I could make it down to Salisbury before next weekend.
If the weather is good Saturday I could possibly fly to Old Sarum.
Looks like I will have to buy it off Dicky (lol)

There is someone viewing it today,
He is unlikely to accept anything other than good offer.
1 owner, serviced every year at Maserati and then specialist in pool.
Unless the person going to view is an idiot I cant see me even getting to view it.

Nothing wrong with the 4.2 GranTurismo Peter. It gets blasted on this forum but I've driven one and at the price point they are now at they are a lot of car for the money. Go for it.

Not sure mate - but I am like a rabid dog so will try again!!!!
I think he puts it up every year to gauge how much its worth and whether to sell or not, he has 5 5 cars and obviously does not use it much.
I offered 20k to start with
He said would you like to view - explained I am short on time as going on holidays but would try to get there this weekend.
He had viewing Sunday and now nada!!!

PM'd again - Told him if I am traveling I need to finalise travel plans by Thursday.
Good thing on that site - you can check PM status - so I know he has read them.
If he really was serious why wouldn't he put it on pistonheads instead of a forum with a limited catchment area.
