This is the saloon car Alfa need. Just love the front end as per car in the other thread.

That is a stunner. It's more akin to the 159/Brera design language which is more attractive to my eyes than the rather bulbous Giuliette/Mito front end.

Gorgeous looking car,its a pity the big Alfa's just dont seem to sell so well.

THe 159 seems quite rare compared to the 156, the 166 was a bit of a flop it seems at least in the uk.
Still love my 164, quite dated now but quite fun and nimble for a big "ish" car.

I saw my recently departed 159 on the way home from work the other day. Should have kept it. The Giulietta I replaced it with doesn't even come close. It goes as well, handles slightly better if anything, but just doesn't have the style or flair of the 159 and the driving/pedal position is definitely geared more for ladies wearing heels (according to my wife).

I had this conversation with the singer in our band over the weekend. He assures me there are places that sell them in my size (ooh err missus). Personally, I think I'd rather change the car than my shoe style :)

In reality, I don't drive it that often as it's the good lady's chosen mode of transport, plus it gives me a good excuse to use the Maser in preference. We only got the Giulietta because the old 159 was getting a bit long in the tooth and we need something reliable for a whole host of reasons.
