Proposed Essex/Cambs Meeting

Hi all, as mentioned on another thread I said I'd set up a meeting for a few weeks time.

I'm proposing to meet up at the Fleur de Lys in Widdington, between Saffron Walden and Bishops Stortford

The dates are as follows, November the 17th, December the 1st or 15th, the later dates are obviously approaching Christmas so may be a bit tight time wise with other peoples commitments but we will see.

The pub gets very busy so an earlier meet is best, I recommend meeting at 11:45 for an opening time of 12, I will need to know numbers for tables and if we get a few may need to pre-order food as it's all made fresh and they like to give the best service possible.

November days are all good. Dec is less flexible, but all possible so far.

OK, looks like December the 1st is coming out top.
