Where can I find Ghibli GT door wiring gaiters / sheaths?

I've got the part numbers but they're no longer made. Have tried Euro Spares and Meridien but no stock. Also pinged David Askew an email in case he has any good secondhand ones but if not is there an alternative? These are the part numbers:
