Anyone like Slash? Can’t remember if I pimped this before, but this my lad doing Anastasia by Guns and Roses I think, a comp to win a Slash signed guitar, lad was 17, didn’t read the small print, open to US citizens only, bit unfair as Slash is actually from Stoke for some reason. You have to watch this till u get the the fast lead bit, I’ve no idea how he had the patience, the fingers and the talent to do it..

Fantastic clip! Stumbled across an interesting article recently:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/05/arts/music/power-station-avatar-studios-berklee.html
I'm not a big Sting fan, his music yes, but the "right on" persona I can easily leave. What he says about the history of a place absorbing into the walls is so true though. Whether its a music venue, sports venue, an F1 track, the old places ooze something special. The Marquee Club was always a favourite for exactly this reason.
Well you got the last question too easily - alright clever clogs, relevant to the discussion, who are this lot

Not a song but this is something I never thought I would see together.

No idea Neil. The faces look familiar and something tells me years before they might of been dressed in a more 'rockers attire'. Left to right, the lady four along looks familiar. Give me more of a clue.

Great article, the big studios have been decimated in New York and London although they have opened a Power Station Studio again but in New England but tbh the days are numbered for out and out big music studios, it came on my news feed on faceache that Fantasy Studios went under this week. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantasy_Studios
They mention the Magic Shop in New York where they used two Neve consoles bolted together which they bought off the BBC that used to be used in their Maida Vale studios.
This made me smile.

Evening Mark, Mid-90s Brit Pop and, err, she's aged "a lot" better than he has!
Evening Neil.
I working on elimination here because brit-pop is not my forte. Oasis would probably be walking around with a load of swagger, the Blur one I remember had Phil Daniels in it which leaves Pulp who I seem to remember had a tidy women in one of their videos. So I'll go with Pulp and Disco 2000.
