Managed to find some time to track down the ECU for TPMS and I found it, it's in the drivers side footwell covered by another whacking great ECU, managed to get the easier to access copper nut off, the other one defeated me, the gap to get to it is too small. Plus i left the battery connected and occasionally my fiddling set the alarm off. Battery off next time.
Someone else has had a bash at it, and not bothered putting the access panel screws back, and as the car has only ever been serviced/fixed by Charles Hurst...
Can't believe that though, main dealer etc.
Also when i had my head down there (ooo, errr) I noticed two unconnected connectors dangling over the brake pedal, a small double and a small single. Cant imagine what they are for, everything seems to work (well, not TPMS). Hate that. And mystery insulation tape on looms...
So no further on that, need an ultra thin socket and extender bar (or leave it for garage)
