Thinking vacuum & throttle cables lines

Could someone do me an intense favour? Or better, could a couple of you, do me an intense favour..?

I'm just reinstating the plastic fixing clips on my injector wiring loom mounting-studs, which hold both the vacuum lines across the OS side of the inlet manifold, (parallel to the OS fuel rail), and also the throttle cable down the NS side.

They've been off for a couple of years after I had the inlet manifold off a while back to change the starter motor.

Trouble is, upon refitting them, I'm not convinced it's right. Particularly on the OS- the three-finger vacuum 'holders' don't seem far enough down onto the M6 studs which come through the plastic tube holding the injector wiring. The Nyloc nut is barely catching the stud.
And the other side has these large diameter double clips which hold the throttle line to the cambox breather pipe (I think?) and I just can't workout where they all go.

I just want it OE and Internet photography doesn't go into enough detail. Can someone provide a big closeup of both sides of their inlet manifold please?

Thankyou in advance

I just removed and refitted the inlet manifold and the injectors last week. I don't have pictures about the areas you are mentioning on my phone right now, but will do some when I get home. Until then here is a bad quality one (sorry about that), maybe you can spot something on it.

p.s. how do I post big resolution images here?

thanks for that space cadet -

I've got a lot of footage like that myself- no that's pretty much everything off in that image

I'm not sure about 'big resolution' images- the standard system has always been enough for me- I've never had to go any further....

I'm not sure I have the same setup based on your description, but here are some pictures. About the vacuum lines I also wasn't sure where they were before. Just put them between the injector loom holder plastic pipe and the injectors. I don't like them there, though I didn't touch the clips which are holding the cables together so they might have been there.

I checked some existing images, seems that there are different setups:

With the mounting studs what you mentioned

And without

Sorry, mine looks like the this later ones.

hello space cadet-

gosh- that is terrific thank you for going into so much detail- and for notating the images too!

you've managed to pull some better images than I could find from the internet too. However, it looks like you are missing all the plastic clips to which I refer.

However I am now in a better place as a result. I wish my fuel rails were as clean as yours!

if anyone else can contribute, I'm still in the market for good images...

now I have to look for these plastic clips too... :)

I could clean them properly since they were off, but everything else is still too dirty.
