I was really hoping to attend this one but circumstances have f*cked me over; it’s my FiLs funeral on Friday, Sue will be up in Blackburn from tomorrow, we’ve got a house full of builders and kitchen fitters asking questions and the dogs need looking after, with one of them needing to be given her medication at about 7.30pm.

I'm on holiday and shall be landing at Heathrow T5 at 4:15pm. I don't have my car at the airport as I'm in holiday and intend to be over the drink driving limit when I get off the plane. This means I'm very close to Ace but would be without suitable transport to get there and see you all...

So, who fancies picking me up from the airport and taking me to Ace in a suitable V8 or V12 powered car?
There'll be a bottle of port in it for you.

It'll then be easy enough to use public transport back to Oxford.
Wrong airport! However, I will be passing, what time do you land...Sorry it's middlesex airport, what time theoretically do you land?

As long as it's dry!

I still hope to attend but I have to be at head office on that day for training it should finish early to mid afternoon so I will aim for the ACE

Which forecast you looking at? Uxbridge is 16c on Thursday....

I live in Uxbridge and find the BBC Weather website is pretty accurate. I'm going for 14-16c and, more importantly, dry.

My 3200 is on strike at the moment. Is is socially acceptable to turn up to the pub in a 1997 523i?

Steve.

My planned meeting tomorrow has just been cancelled so hopefully can join you at the Ace Cafe - If I can get away earlier I will even try and make the Orchard which will be a first for me!

I cant make it sadly
Masser is having her nails done (wheels) as a surprise for my birthday - it was a surprise when I went got home early and she wasn't on the drive! So the kids came clean and admitted what they had done. Luckily Mrs RSM turned up to explain that she drove it there.

Enjoy the event it looks, like nice weather which always brings out the most in the scenery
