Rear door stays

My rear door stays have become noisy - tried greas etc, and no change.

My question is whether replacing the rear door stays is a tricky job?

Normally on cars it's about 15 minutes. 4 nuts. Not 100% sure on the QP. It's not at all clear on the Eurospares diagram

Mine have always been like that. Emblem have greased them but still creak.
Seems to be a common feature

If it's anything like the Alfa ones, they are made of cheese and last about 15 minutes

My rears are like it too. And another QP I looked at buying previously was the same too. I put it down to the lack of use they get.
