I've given up on projects, but that could be nice. And a twin plug lump too....

Yep it would be very expensive plus you would have to ship it from California which will cost another £7-10k. But if its done up right this car could be worth £150k+. Great project for the guys who run "Chasing Classic Cars" in the US.

Wow that would be a beautiful car and what an engine with those carburetors.
One for Iain Tyrell to restore for me up in Cheshire.

At least the bonnet badge looks like it's in fairly good nick and probably won't need immediate replacement... :D

Those carbs are glorious aren’t they
They certainly are especially Italian ones.
When I put twin 40's on my Mk 1 Golf GTi back in the 80's people thought I was nuts but that induction sound and a rolling road session soon proved we had more power

How many Quattroporte I were made? Its such a pretty car but I’ve never seen one pop up in one of those classic websites or auctions.

Would love to see him work his magic on it, such a great channel and this car deserves a restoration on the level he does.

I have quad 48’s on my Mustang, the induction noise is almost as loud as the exhaust

That’s got scam written all over it. If serious, pay the grand for a flight and go see it.

I can imagine this car swanning around Rome or Rimini in a Fellini movie.
Treat it like a red head. Approach her with extreme caution and never, ever, take
her for granted ;)
