Park brake help

Being a dimwit I spilt a small amount of contact lense solution over the park brake. Lights and flashing came on and now it bongs constantly "Park bark failure Go to Dealer". Will it reset once it's dried out or has it tripped a fuse? Or does it need to go to s dealer to be reset? Cheers.

It should re-set when it drys out I would think , can you get a hairdryer to it ?
Might help a bit .

What car whereabouts did you actually spill it? I'm dearly hoping you mean the lever, not the actual shoes

Yeah I spilt on the lever in the car. It's a GTS MC Shift. I'll see if ok in the am. Fingers crossed. Cheers.
